Hi! I am Anaís!I am a 36 year old mama to 4 baby cubs (ages 3, 6, 8 and 11).I enjoy dancing, meditating, traveling, sports, creating music, festivals and eating delicious food with my loved ones.
My certified trainings include:- Birth and Postpartum doula with Cornerstone
- Placenta Encapsulation Specialist with Cornerstone
- Postpartum Care Practitioner with Innate Traditions
- Dance Baby Down Instructor with Jazz-Ylaine Baptiste
- Prenatal Yoga with Lotus Blossom
- 500 hr. Yoga Teacher Training with Body Temple
- Level 1, 2 & Reiki Master training with Jesalyn Eatchel
